At Pelican, we have over 100 years’ experience in supporting truck operators keeping their vehicles in profitable service. We understand the importance of maximising vehicle uptime and that investing in any truck, especially a new brand, is about more than just the vehicle – it’s about long-term peace of mind.

We provide nationwide support, expert servicing and readily available parts to keep your operation moving, day in and day out.

Service Network

Our service centre is open 24/7, 362 days per year to provide full aftersales service to operators located in West Yorkshire.

To support customers nationwide, we are proud to be working with Sapphire Vehicles Services to provide nationwide service support.  Their fully trained technicians, working from fully equipped service centres with EV training will provide warranty, service and contract maintenance.

In addition we have partnerships with additional truck dealers in certain strategic locations to complete our nationwide service offering.

Parts

Our National Parts Distribution Centre is open 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday. Outside these hours a call out service is available from the adjacent Pelican Truck dealerships. For the single model TE7, we are confident that every parts requirement can be met from stock. Parts can be shipped nationwide via the Royal Mail overnight service.

In addition to this, we will have fully manned parts distribution centres in Dundee and Bristol open by summer 2025. We can provide impress stock for fleet operators if required.
